I live close to this store, so this is the one I visit. I have always been very happy with their service and the food I have purchased. Penn Station has excellent food; I think their fries and lemonade are the best that I've had at restaurants, fast food or sit down.

Cincinnati doesn't had the drive up option, I thought that was pretty cool. Food was hot and fresh 👌

Great drive up service. Ladies inside will take your order and bring it out quickly to your car. Food is always hot and quickly brought out. Pick up orders generally take about 10 mins and it’s amazing how quickly they come out done. Drive up parking spots have the push button stands so multiple cars at once can all order and without a wait time. Highly recommend.

By far the worst Penn station I've ever been to. The whole staff was unfriendly and seemed very unhappy to be there and was not professional what so ever. The coverage on my sandwich was terrible, it looked like a taco. The sandwich was extremely greasy like they're not following the proper method to create a perfect cheese steak. I used to be a manager and worked for Penn station for years and can tell you that this is by far the worst around. Dont recommend to ANYONE!
